GDP – What is our ethos?

GDP is a progressive practice with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.  The practice gains strength and creativity from our founding partner who believes that we should all continue to learn and seek to improve ourselves, throughout our career lifecycle.  As such, all individuals are encouraged to remain ambitious and to undertake further training in both technical and more general areas, as they and their mentors feel necessary.  The overriding aim of the practice is to provide a happy and fulfilling unique workplace, where everyone strives to achieve and surpass their personal bests on a daily basis.
